Exchanges & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, or requests for a different size or style. We kindly request that you carefully review your order and consult our size guide before completing your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

At Clovioet, we want to make sure your order gets to you safely. However, once your package has been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided, we are unable to take responsibility for any lost or stolen items. Similarly, we can't be held accountable for packages lost or delivered incorrectly due to any errors in the shipping information entered at checkout. To avoid any issues, we kindly ask you to double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

If you spot a mistake in your shipping address after receiving the confirmation email, please reach out to us right away! We'll do everything we can to correct it before your order ships. Once your order has been dispatched, though, we are unable to make changes. Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs for packages returned due to incorrect addresses, and a restocking fee may apply for returned shipments.
